The Orange dongle-only packages start at £9.79 per month – for this you get 1GB of data downloads per month.

You can buy add-on data allowances on a 30-day rolling contract basis (good for the price conscious, no contract users amongst us) – this provides the flexibility you need in a pay as you go contract, so you can just buy extra mobile internet download allocations of data as you need them. Extra downloads of data are available for both mobile broadband dongle-only and free laptop with dongle deals. The data are in bundles of 1GB (£5), 3GB (£10), 5GB (£15) or 10GB (£20).

Orange mobile broadband will include a new mini laptop (from asus, hp or toshiba), which is a great way to get on the mobile internet when you are on the go. There is a good range of laptop/netbook specifications on offer. You will need to commit to a longer contract to get a free laptop deal – so hardly a pay as you go deal, but still a good deal none the less.
